This Moroccan seasoning blend makes fabulous roasted dinners and stews, and I use it at least once a week! The combination of sweet, warm, and spicy flavors works really well on all sorts of vegetables, and I’ll be sharing some recipes with this blend soon! Here are the spices you will need:
Combine all the spices in a medium-sized bowl. Weighing them makes quick work of this step. I recommend using a small bowl to weigh each spice one at a time, and then adding it to the bigger bowl as you go. That way, if too much of a spice pours out, you can just spoon it out of the bowl and add the extra back to the spice jar. If you don’t have a scale, I encourage you to read my post on why you should use a kitchen scale. You can also measure all the spices if you don’t have a scale.
Whisk the spices together:

Moroccan Seasoning

Ingredients
- 15 g (5 3/4 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
- 14 g (5 5/8 tsp) Paprika
- 12 g (5 1/2 tsp) Cumin
- 11 g (8 1/2 tsp) Ground Coriander
- 10 g (5 tsp) Ground Cardamom
- 9 g (3 5/8 tsp) Black Pepper
- 9 g (5 5/8 tsp) Ground Ginger
- 6 g (2 3/4 tsp) Cayenne
- 6 g (2 1/4 tsp) Ground Nutmeg
- 5 g (3 1/8 tsp) Turmeric
- 2 g (1 tsp) Allspice
- 1 g (1/2 tsp) Ground Cloves
Instructions

Weigh or measure all of the spices and add to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Whisk until evenly blended.
