I love the combination of herbs and spices in this Greek Seasoning! It makes amazing roasted dinners and I will post the recipe for that next. I will also be using this blend in other recipes coming up, so be sure to mix some up. Here are the ingredients you will need:
Weigh or measure the herbs and spices into a bowl. They look so pretty together, and the combined aroma is fantastic!
Stir to mix together:
Add the mixture to a small food processor bowl and blend:

Transfer your Greek Seasoning to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
Greek Seasoning
This seasoning blend is a delightful combination of herbs and spices that are traditionally used in Greek cooking.
Ingredients
- 20 g (2 TBS + 2 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
- 20 g (2 TBS + 2 tsp) Paprika
- 10 g (3 TBS + 1 tsp) Dried Marjoram Leaves
- 10 g (3 TBS + 1 tsp) Dried Mint Leaves
- 10 g (3 TBS + 1 tsp) Dried Dill Weed
- 10 g (3 TBS + 1 tsp) Dried Rosemary Leaves
- 5 g (1 TBS + 2 tsp) Dried Oregano Leaves
- 5 g (1 TBS + 2 tsp ) Dried Basil Leaves
- 5 g (1 TBS + 1/8 tsp) Ground Thyme
- 5 g (2 tsp) Ground Nutmeg

Weigh or measure all the herbs and spices into a bowl, and stir together.

Add the mixture to a small food processor bowl, and blend until nearly all the herbs are ground up. It is fine if very small pieces of rosemary remain.
